1. No Refunds for Membership or Subscription Fees

Our matrimonial website operates on a subscription-based model for premium services. Once a user purchases a membership or subscribes to a paid plan, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of responses from other users
  • Unsuccessful matches or dissatisfaction with the service
  • Account suspension due to a violation of our terms

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may choose to cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund. The benefits of the membership will remain active until the expiration of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made.

3. Refund Eligibility for Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following cases, subject to management approval:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user is accidentally charged more than once for the same service
  • Technical Issues: If a user faces significant technical errors preventing access to the services, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without the user's consent due to fraud or security breaches, subject to investigation

To request a refund for exceptional cases, users must contact our support team within 07 days of the transaction date and provide necessary proof.

4. Refund Processing & Crediting Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Once if the refund is approved by Senvivah Matrimony it will take 07-14 business days to process and credited to the original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions

5. No Refunds for Third-Party Services

If users engage with third-party services (such as payment gateways, event organizers, or advertisers) through our platform, we are not liable for any refunds related to those services. Users must refer to the respective third-party refund policies.

6. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
